Books on Translating Tolkien

This is by no means a complete bibliography for translating Tolkien. It is a list of the books in my own library. While I am a linguist by training and trade, translation isn't my specialty so these are mainly works that have "translation/translating" and "Tolkien/Lord of the Rings" in the title.
